Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in property development or legal conveyancing preferred.
• Fresh graduates with internship in property administration may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate day-to-day sales administration activities.
• Verify SPA documents, maintain compliance, and update CRM records.
• Liaise with banks, legal firms, and government agencies for loans and title transfers.
• Assist in timely customer inquiries resolution and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor SPA status and billings.
• Support audit and compliance through proper documentation.
