Job summary

ENG HAN ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Administration Executive (Property Development) to assist the Head of Department with sales administration progress and activities, and to manage documentation for S&P, loan docs, billing and transfers.

Applicants should have 2-3 years in property development, a Diploma/Degree in a related field, and familiarity with IFCA. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus MS Office skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Property Development / Real Estate Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in property development.
• Familiarisation with IFCA accounting system.
• Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• High level of attention to detail, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Department on progress and activities of sales administration.
• Handle sales administration correspondence and verify documentation on Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, billing, and transfers.
• Prepare and hand over Vacant Possession documents with Project/Property team for timely handover.
• Compile supporting documents for consent to transfer / charge applications.
• Liaise with authorities, purchasers, solicitors, financiers for processes and documentation.
• Ensure Memorandum of Transfer and Strata Title are released timely and accurately.
• Assist in generating progress billing, issuing reminders and collecting payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
