• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Property Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in property development, sales administration, or credit control
• Knowledge of SPA documentation, loan processes, and progressive billing in property development
• Strong understanding of credit control and accounts receivable functions
• Good communication and coordination skills with buyers, solicitors, and financial institutions

Responsibilities

• Manage sales administration processes and credit control functions, including documentation, billing, and collection
• Coordinate with buyers, solicitors, and banks to ensure smooth transactions and timely payments
• Prepare and process booking forms, SPA, loan documentation and supporting documents
• Liaise with panel solicitor, financiers and purchasers on SPA execution and loan disbursement
• Issue progressive billings in accordance with SPA schedule and follow up on outstanding payments
