Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a Compensation & Benefits specialist to lead rewards programmes and mobility for the NBPol/NBPOL group, with emphasis on benchmarking, governance, and annual remuneration activities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in compensation and benefits and a degree in HR, finance, or actuarial science. The role offers a hybrid workplace and opportunities across a global palm oil business.

Qualifications

Degree in HR, mathematics, actuarial science, finance or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years in a compensation and benefits specialist role.

Responsibilities

Conduct benchmarking studies and market surveys for external competitiveness.
Coordinate review, implementation and communication of rewards policies and processes.
Support annual remuneration exercises including salary reviews and benefits reviews.
Develop analyses and business cases for rewards-related decisions.
Advise management on rewards programmes and mobility matters.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
