Job summary

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a senior leader to shape Group Total Rewards and HR analytics strategies, policies and governance. You will design compensation, benefits, award frameworks, and oversee annual reward cycles across the group.

You will build a group HR analytics framework, develop dashboards, ensure data governance, and advise HR and business leaders. The role requires deep experience in total rewards, analytics, stakeholder management and change leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Statistics or related field.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards and HR Analytics.
• Strong expertise in compensation frameworks, benefits design, data analytics, stakeholder advisory and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group Total Rewards Strategy, Design, Optimization and Governance.
• Group HR Analytics and Workforce Insights leadership.
• Strategic advisory and capability building for HR and business leaders.
• Manage annual reward cycles and governance across the Group.
• Oversee market benchmarking, job evaluation and pay equity analyses.
