You will partner with HR, finance and management to implement rewards initiatives, monitor market trends, and mentor HR teammates while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field; strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years in a compensation and benefits specialist role.
• Experience developing rewards programmes, benchmarking and governance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct benchmarking studies, surveys and research to assess external competitiveness and market practices.
• Coordinate and support review, implementation and communication of rewards policies and processes.
• Coordinate and support annual remuneration exercises including salary reviews and incentive payments.
• Develop analyses, recommendations and business cases for rewards-related decisions.
• Partner with management, HR and Group HR Rewards to implement rewards programmes.
