If you think this opportunity is right for you, we encourage you to apply!**Job Description:**## Roles & Responsibilities:* ## Align key Compensation & Benefits programs across all locations and provide guidelines for regional/local stakeholders to execute the programs in the respective areas.* ## Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input.* ## Perform job evaluation and job mapping exercise when it is deemed necessary.* ## Support in the refreshment of salary ranges for all roles globally for the purpose of hiring, annual increases, and talent management.* ## Manage global annual performance review cycle, salary increase, performance bonus and promotion exercises.* ## Manage the renewal of applicable benefits programs.* ## Ensure that total rewards practices comply with local laws and regulations of each country of employment.* ## Acts as a point of contact for global mobility of key talent movements and ensure management of data.* ## Oversee international mobility programs, including expatriate assignments* ## Coordinate logistics for international moves with regional/local HR teams.## ## Ideal Candidate:* ## Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.* ## Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally with HR business partnering experience.* ## Experience in rewards management including total rewards strategy development, job evaluation, benchmarking / job pricing, design (compensation, benefits, recognition, incentives, etc.) and international mobility.* ## Experience in working with cross-functional teams, strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and interpersonal skills.* ## Demonstrated success in partnering across all HR functions with strong delivery of HR projects and initiatives.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.
