UEM Sunrise Berhad seeks an experienced Manager of Rewards & Analytics to design and govern competitive reward strategies. You will lead pay analyses, annual reviews, and benefits management while delivering insights through dashboards and reports for senior management.

You will translate workforce data into recommendations aligned with business goals, ensure compliance, and support strategic People & Organisation initiatives across the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in Human Resources.
• 4–6 years specialising in Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Mathematics or Statistics.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal parity and pay-positioning analyses for compensation proposals.
• Lead annual compensation review including bonuses, increments and promotions.
• Manage benefits programmes and group insurance renewals.
• Develop and maintain people dashboards and analytics models.
• Translate HR data into actionable insights for Management.
