Job summary

Marsh Malaysia is seeking a senior rewards analyst to join the Rewards team within the People division. The role is hybrid and based in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on local and regional benefits design, data analysis, and client reporting.

You will engage with global peers, structure reports, and guide analysts on project delivery, while leveraging your extensive consulting experience to influence pay practices and talent management trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business related field.
Minimum 8 years experience including at least 6 years experience within Consulting.
Proficient in MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations

Responsibilities

Prepare and structure client’s presentations/reports including performing data analysis and draw conclusions.
Review and/or develop exhibits based on collected and calculated data comprises of understanding project components and processes.
Applies computer and research skills to understand financial performance, talent management trends, and pay practices and policies.
Oversee the development of methodology by analysts and manage small to medium engagements.
Provides guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.
May manage smaller projects and workstreams of larger client projects while provide guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.
