Job summary

KK Group Of Companies in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Site Acquisition Manager to lead the expansion of KK Super Mart outlets across major locations in Kuala Lumpur and beyond. You will identify prime retail sites, negotiate with landlords, and drive the end-to-end site acquisition process.

The role requires strong negotiation and market analysis skills, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in retail property, leasing, site acquisition or real estate development.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations for expansion.
• Conduct site feasibility and market assessments.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms with landlords.
• Build relationships with property owners, mall operators and agents.
• Prepare business proposals and presentations for Management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support new outlets.
• Monitor lease terms and property market trends.
