Job summary
Stream Empire Holdings Sdn Bhd, Asia’s leading retail and e-commerce network in activewear and lifestyle, seeks a Senior Business Development & Leasing professional to drive income through strategic partnerships. You will identify growth opportunities online and offline, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver store openings and partnership initiatives.
The role requires 3–5 years in business development, strong proposal and stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in business development.
- Proven ability to create compelling propositions and partnerships.
- Strong communication, proposal development, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling propositions to generate income across multiple streams.
- Identify new online and offline growth prospects and define opportunities.
- Plan and execute trade partnership strategies and best practices.
- Build strategic relationships with partners for long-term success.
- Lead cross-functional delivery of projects per timelines.
- Analyze market trends, sales data and provide insights for continuity
- Coordinate store openings, landlord discussions and tenancy matters
- Support outlets events and perform ad hoc duties as needed
