Samsonite Latinoamérica seeks an experienced Retail Operations Manager to drive sales performance across department stores, specialty stores and hypermarkets in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead store teams, monitor KPIs, and partner with franchise networks to deliver superior customer experiences.

You will oversee operations, stock management, visual merchandising and events, ensuring brand standards are met while coaching staff to improve productivity and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years retail operations experience with at least 1 year in multi-store retail managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and customer service.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven with “can do” attitude.

• Support the Sales & Operations Manager in driving sales performance and achieving targets across assigned stores and partners.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Monitor store performance, market trends and customer feedback; provide updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and actions to improve store performance.
• Work with stores and partners to maximize promotions and events.
• Oversee daily operations, stock management and brand standards across stores.
