Job summary

Triumph International Services (APAC) Limited's Sales Management Team in Petaling Jaya seeks a seasoned business analyst to lead Retail Operations Analytics for Southeast Asia and Greater China. The role centers on Power BI, data analytics, and turning complex data into actionable commercial insights.

You will collaborate with regional leaders to support trading analysis, sales forecasting, and KPI-driven decision making across multiple markets, with an emphasis on data governance and scalable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Retail Analytics, Commercial Analytics, BI, or Sales Operations Analytics.
• Experience across APAC markets, especially SEA and East Asia, with cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong Power BI and Excel, able to independently build dashboards and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Chinese fluency and SAP BW/HANA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, rollout, and adoption of Power BI reporting across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
• Translate sales needs into intuitive reports across all points of sale, including e-commerce.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights to automate insights and strengthen forecasting.
• Partner with SEA Commercial Director and Finance Partner SEA on trading analysis and sales forecast consolidation.
• Drive adoption of Power BI through training, KPI definitions, and data governance; safeguard data quality and access.
