Job summary

AimBig Employment Pty Ltd in Kuala Lumpur invites a seasoned Data Analytics Manager to influence business strategy through advanced analytics. You will lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and mentor a growing team.

Responsibilities include developing analytics strategies, delivering timely insights, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring data governance. Proficiency with PowerBI/Tableau/SFDC and strong Excel are essential; a minimum of eight years’ experience and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least eight (8) years previous related work experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
• At least two (2) years experience in people management
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives.
• Lead data analysis projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data governance policies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members within the analytics department.
• Utilise tools and technologies to enhance data visualisation and reporting.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
