Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Data, AI & Analytics to bridge business needs and technology delivery across APAC. You will translate complex data, analytics and Gen AI requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions that drive measurable value.

You will lead end-to-end analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, frame governance, and mentor junior analysts while shaping Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks and AI-enabled delivery across markets.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data and analytics product delivery.
• Proven track record delivering data platforms, BI and reporting solutions, analytics products or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Hands‑on exposure to data management, Azure cloud services, Power BI and analytics delivery.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, data engineers, architects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business analysis across data management, Azure data services, analytics, Power BI and Gen AI initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to define scope, map current-state processes and lead workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Produce business requirements, functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate and improve governance and operations.
• Define data sources, transformations and KPI frameworks for Azure data platform initiatives.
• Frame Gen AI use cases with business problems, success measures and human-in-the-loop review.
• Own backlog prioritization, UAT coordination, dependency tracking and release readiness.
• Communicate changes and risks to sponsors in a clear, business-friendly manner.
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate documentation and best practices.
