Standard Chartered in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for Int'l & Expat Banking to manage a Priority Banking client portfolio and drive new business while delivering high-quality service. You will provide market insights, cross-sell wealth products, and maintain strict regulatory compliance in daily operations.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent relationship skills, and ability to coordinate with Wealth Specialists to meet client needs and growth

Qualifications

• Honours degree and relevant professional qualifications.
• More than 5 years’ experience in banking with demonstrable knowledge of banking practices.
• Favourable track record in managing sales and/or operations or demonstrated ability to achieve strong sales performance.
• Ability to coach, inspire and mobilise branch team members to deliver exceptional performance.
• Interpersonal and complaint handling skills; good knowledge of policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage the PB Client portfolio to maximize new business opportunities and deepen relationships while maintaining quality service and compliance with local regulations.
• Draw up monthly plans for achieving new business and customer acquisition goals with management input.
• Deepen client relationships through regular market updates and advisory conversations on investments and wealth products.
• Aim to meet revenue targets while ensuring robust risk controls and service standards.
