Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer in Kuala Lumpur to act as the main client contact and support Premier clients with wealth management needs. The role sits within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) and involves organizing sales processes, coordinating with RM, and ensuring high-quality customer service to drive business targets.

• Basic planning and organizing abilities.
• RMP & WPT credentials.
• Wealth management and proposition knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales administrative task.
• Organize and complete/check all sales application forms for submission, scanning and for SQ review.
• Check and sign all the sales documents for line manager to verify and approve.
• Assist RM in replying customers' mails, banking transaction requests and other premier client requests.
• Assist RM to handle/investigate customer complaints or follow-up tasks.
• Educate customers on digital banking and cross-sell services.
