2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to oversee corporate accounts in Johor Bahru. You will manage client relationships, ensure credit facilities are fully utilized, and monitor account performance.

You will identify opportunities to cross-sell investment banking, treasury and insurance products, build lasting business partnerships with senior executives, and deliver timely reports while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance / Business / Economics / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in banking, corporate or commercial banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven sales and business development track record.
• Strong relationship-building with senior executives.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and relationships; ensure credit facilities are utilized.
• Monitor performance of each account and implement profitability improvements.
• Cross-sell bank products including investment banking, treasury and insurance.
• Grow existing customer relationships with quality banking services.
• Respond promptly to queries and resolve issues.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to understand needs.
• Prepare regular reports to track progress and identify risks or opportunities.
