Job summary

PageGroup Malaysia invites applications for a Business Development Consultant role. You will build relationships with clients, promote recruitment services, and negotiate rates to drive business growth across Malaysia.

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to offers, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and presenting top fits to clients. A strong, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication are essential in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and/or Recruitment.
• First operational experience.
• University Degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage client relationships and sell recruitment services.
• Assess client needs and respond to assignments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
• Source and interview candidates, negotiate salary packages and present suitable candidates to clients.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work in a passionate team.

Description

Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery. Additional you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance.

Profile

We are looking for colleagues with:

• University Degree
