U Mobile is seeking a proactive Talent Attraction Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Division sales roles and other high-impact units. You will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, ensure a positive candidate experience, and drive strong employer branding.

The role involves recruitment analytics, dashboards, and external events like career fairs, with a focus on building pipelines for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 6–8 years in talent acquisition with senior roles.
• Experience hiring for enterprise, corporate and commercial functions.
• Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, dashboards & reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ATS and digital sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and ability to represent the brand externally.
• Analytical, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team and take the lead in managing end-to-end recruitment for several high-impact business units. You will be a key driver in identifying top talent, developing strong talent pipelines, and supporting recruitment-related projects that elevate our employer brand and hiring effectiveness. This role also involves ownership of recruitment dashboards and participation in external events such as career fairs.

The Day-To-Day Activities

Recruitment Partnering & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Division sales roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and challenges.

Reporting & Talent Analytics

• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Analyse hiring metrics to monitor pipeline health and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Proactively source and map talent across critical and niche functions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent movements.

Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.

Projects & Recruitment Innovation

• Lead and support projects that improve candidate experience, hiring quality, and recruiter effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement recruitment best practices and process improvements.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record in hiring for mid to senior roles.
• Experience in hiring for enterprise, corporate, and commercial functions is highly desirable.
• Strong in stakeholder management and capable of influencing hiring decisions.
• Proficient in Excel, recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the brand externally.
