Damai Abadi (Johor) Facility Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its project management team.

The role focuses on cost control, tendering, and financial leadership across building and civil projects, from design through completion. The successful candidate will prepare costings, tender documents, and BOQs, manage progress claims, and ensure accurate recording of all tender and contract documents, while supporting the superior with project budgeting and cost

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related course with more than 3 years' experience.
• Mastering of measurement rules and taking off (e.g., NRM, SMM).
• Experience in writing cost estimation and managing the tendering process.
• Well-manageable in Progress Claims and Valuations of project.
• Deep understanding of Contract Administration.
• Excellence in price analysis and price negotiation.
• Experience in hotel, high-rise building, or mixed-development projects is an advantage.
• Willing to travel/ relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ) with the clients/contractors.
• Ensure the tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, Contract documents, quotation submission, and any other relevant documents are well recorded and safe keeping.
• Carry out site measurement, site valuation, prepare and follow up on site progress claim.
• Prepare progress payment/ interim valuation for Sub-Contractors or suppliers.
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
