LE3 ASSOCIATES SDN BHD seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor - ID Renovation to source and compile tender information, prepare BoQ and cost estimates, and oversee tender submissions. You will verify contract documents, attend meetings, and ensure alignment with tender requirements. The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or tendering roles.

Responsibilities

• Sources and compiles information for tender participation, including measurement, quotation invitation, costing reports, and tender submissions.
• Prepares BoQ involving quantity take-off, material sourcing, and estimating material and labour costs for tendering.
• Prepares tender responses in consultation with HOD and attends tender interviews when necessary.
• Negotiates with suppliers and appoints specialist subcontractors as per trade requirements.
• Ensures timely submission of VO costs and communicates progress to the project manager, with monthly progress claims and final accounts.
• Follows up on payment certificates and client payments efficiently.
• Certifies subcontractors' claims based on site progress and quantity.
• Examines letters of appointments, contract drawings, and documents to identify deviations from the tender.

Education

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
