The candidate should have 5–8 years of QS experience, a relevant degree, and preferred MRICS/RICS accreditation. You will lead junior staff and liaise with clients and consultants to protect project value and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field; professional accreditation preferred (MRICS/RISM).
• 5–8 years' progressive QS experience, preferably in main contracting, subcontracting, or consultancy.
• Knowledge of PAM, CIDB, PWD/JKR and FIDIC forms; SST and tax understanding is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Cost reporting, CVR, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete projections.
• Budget control to minimize costs and maximize revenue without compromising quality.
• Value engineering opportunities during pre-construction and execution phases.
