Job summary

JVG Bina Sdn Bhd is a Penang-based property construction company established since 2015, with projects on Penang Island and the Mainland. The role covers tender quantity measurement, pricing, budgeting and coordination of subcontractors to deliver high-rise and factory projects.

You will attend employer and consultant meetings, verify drawings for compliance, value progress claims, and plan the selection of qualified subcontractors while managing multiple projects within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3+ years in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new tender projects quantity measurement.
• Responsible for new tender projects pricing and get sub-contractors and suppliers pricing.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction industry

Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Proficiency in local tendering of Highrise / Factory Project experience is strongly encourage to apply.

Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timeline.

Able to work independently with minimum guidance
