Job summary

CRCG (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial and project teams for high-rise and mixed-development projects in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities include progress claims, VO & EOT, contract administration, cost/tender work, and stakeholder coordination. Strong English writing and ability to write in Chinese are required; proficiency in Cubicost (Glodon) and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of measurement, costing and contract basics.
• Proficiency in Cubicost (Glodon) is a MUST.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims, VO, EOT, and final accounts.
• Contract administration: manage documentation and compliance.
• Perform quantity take-off, cost estimation and tender preparation.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Maintain proper records and commercial documentation.
• Conduct site verification and measurements.

Job description

We are seeking a motivate SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR and above to support our commercial and project teams for high‑rise and mixed‑development projects in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

· Progress Claims, VO & EOT — Prepare progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and final accounts.

· Contract administration — Manage contract documentation, correspondence, and compliance

· Cost & tender work — Perform quantity take‑off, cost estimation, and tender preparation

· Stakeholder coordination — Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

· Documentation control — Maintain proper records, filing, and commercial documentation

· Site verification — Conduct site measurement and verification when required

· Business correspondence — Strong written communication skills in English are required; ability to write in Chinese.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Strong understanding of measurement, costing, and contract basics

• Proficiency in Cubicost (Glodon) is a MUST

• Proficient in Microsoft office including but not limited to Excel and Word

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
