Job summary

The role requires a Quantity Surveyor with strong cost control and contract management skills. The candidate should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least five years of related experience, including government projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare letter of award, taking off quantities, claims, certificate of payments, cost analysis, variation orders, final account and etc;
• To work out quotation and costing of projects;
• Resolving contractual disputes, contract claims and others;
• Conduct site survey and measurement work;
• Manage and supervise day to day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.
