Job summary

Ultimate Manufacturing Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance leader for machining operations. You will manage a QA team, enforce rigorous quality controls, and push for continuous improvement across production lines and suppliers.

The role requires 8–10 years in QA within manufacturing, with strong knowledge of quality methods, regulatory requirements, Lean concepts and ERP systems. Excellent leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Min 8–10 years’ experience in quality assurance within machining/manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams and drive quality initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management software.
• Understanding of ERP systems in the production process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout production.
• Lead a QA team, provide guidance, training and support.
• Use data analytics to monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to uphold quality standards.
