Qualifications

• 8+ years in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing with QA leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, process control, and manufacturing quality requirements.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor assembly processes (Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Molding/Encapsulation, Underfill, Curing, Dicing, Testing).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team supporting semiconductor assembly and manufacturing operations.
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, standards, and control plans.
• Oversee quality performance across semiconductor assembly, production, and technical processes.
• Monitor yield, defect rate, customer complaints, DPPM, process capability, and quality trends.
• Lead RCA, 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and enhance process capability.
• Collaborate with Process/Equipment Engineering, Production, NPI, and R&D to resolve issues.
• Review and approve quality-related documents including FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, inspection standards, and work instructions.
• Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
• Manage customer complaints, quality investigations, and corrective action responses.
