CIMB in Malaysia seeks an experienced Manager in our Testing team to lead end-to-end testing of mobile banking applications. You will develop test plans, drive quality, and oversee test environments, coordinating execution and analyzing results to deliver high-quality releases.

You will also mentor junior testers, work with application teams to resolve issues, and ensure traceability of defects. Strong banking knowledge and hands-on leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Develop test scripts, conditions, data and expected results.
• Develop, update and maintain testing standards.
• Detail-oriented; document steps to reproduce issues.
• Understand testing concepts within the project life cycle.
• Execute test scripts and record defects with traceability.
• Banking domain knowledge essential.
• Independent worker with ability to lead juniors.
• Communicate effectively via email.
