• Experience as Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and client-facing environments.
• Experience managing technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Exposure to technology-driven solutions, digital transformation initiatives, or complex systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Design high-level end-to-end solutions, workflows, APIs, and data flows.
• Validate business ideas and proposed solutions via PoCs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Convert validated PoCs into implementation plans and coordinate delivery with development and engineering teams.

Position Overview

This role will lead the translation of business requirements into scalable technology solutions by bridging stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. This role is responsible to drive solution design, product validation, and successful project delivery to support innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and operational requirements.
• Gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and development tasks.

Solution Design

• Design high-level end-to-end solutions and system architecture.
• Define application workflows, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Collaborate with software, cloud, and engineering teams to determine the best technical approach.

Proof of Concept (PoC) Validation

• Validate business ideas and proposed solutions through PoCs.
• Review user workflows, testing approaches, and system integration requirements.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives before implementation.

Delivery Planning & Execution

• Convert validated PoCs into implementation plans.
• Coordinate with development, cloud, and engineering teams during project delivery.
• Track progress, manage priorities, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and client-facing environments.
• Experience managing technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Exposure to technology-driven solutions, digital transformation initiatives, or complex systems environments.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Strong ability to analyse business problems and propose technology-driven solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, and product ownership.
• Understanding of APIs, system integration, and cloud architecture.
• Experience working with software development teams and agile delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of application workflows, data flows, and system architecture.
• Experience in Proof of Concept (PoC) validation and solution assessment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with IoT, telemetry, edge computing, industrial automation, autonomous systems, robotics, or related technology environments.
• Understanding of hardware and software integration projects.
