Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is hiring a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Property Management (Based in KL, Malaysia). The role focuses on day-to-day operations, maintenance, and asset performance of logistics properties, while supporting development initiatives and tenant engagement to maximize asset value.

You will manage tenancy relationships, CAPEX projects and procurement, ensuring safety and compliance across assets.

Competenze

Degree in Building/Real Estate/Facilities Management or related engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in property management and procurement of services.
Solid knowledge of M&E systems, with experience in BMS/BAS.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Ability to manage operations and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Oversee daily operations for logistics and warehouse assets (multitenanted and single-user).
Ensure preventive maintenance and repair programs align with SLAs & KPIs.
Manage CAPEX and A&A works from tendering to close-out within budgets.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Maintain tenant relationships and proactive engagement for satisfaction.
Lead or support procurement for FM services and contracts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and environmental standards.
Liaise with Asset Management, Finance and Technical teams.
