Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Property Development or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in property development, construction, or project management.
• Strong experience in managing property development projects from planning and authority approvals through construction and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and implementation from pre-development through to project completion.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, development concepts, project planning, and implementation strategies.
• Prepare, monitor, and update master development schedule, project cash flow, project budget and cost forecasts, and risk assessment and mitigation plans.
• Liaise and coordinate with local authorities, government agencies, and utility providers on submissions and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements including UBBL, Building Act, Strata Management, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
