Job summary

Sunsuria is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for property development to lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects. You will drive planning, budgeting, tendering and construction while coordinating with consultants, authorities and internal teams to meet scope, time and quality targets.

The role requires a civil/structural or related discipline degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and solid project-management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil and Structural, Architecture, Building or related discipline with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication with all levels of personnel.
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship; CONQUAS/QLASSIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, coordination and execution of property development projects from inception to completion.
• Lead project planning, design development, feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, tendering and construction.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholders to secure approvals and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, costs, cash flow, variations and risks; take timely corrective actions.
• Ensure construction quality, regulatory compliance, safety and environmental standards through inspections.
• Lead meetings and provide progress, cost and risk reports to management.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, defect rectification and final account closure.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing performance and lessons learned.

• Lead project planning, design development, feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, tendering and construction activities.


• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders to secure statutory approvals and resolve technical and contractual matters.


• Monitor project progress, costs, cash flow, variation orders and project risks, implementing timely corrective actions where necessary.


• Ensure construction quality, regulatory compliance, safety, health and environmental standards through site inspections and performance monitoring.


• Lead project coordination, technical and site meetings while providing regular progress, cost and risk reports to Management.


• Manage project testing, commissioning, handover, defect rectification and final account closure to ensure successful project delivery.


• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project performance, implementing lessons learned and strengthening project management processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Civil and Structural, Architecture, Building or related discipline with minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience in property development or construction industry.


• Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).


• Proficient in MS Office applications.


• Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.


• Able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.


• Meticulous and attention to details is necessary.


• High standards of constructions work with successful execution experience in implementing CONQUAS, QLASSIC etc.
