Job summary

GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with property development accounting experience to join our finance team. The role offers exposure across budgeting & forecasting, treasury activities, cash flow management, and audit coordination.

You'll contribute to monthly management accounts, month-end and year-end close, and management reporting while helping the business understand how numbers drive performance. Prior property development experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
• Property development accounting and reporting experience.
• Exposure to management reporting and month-end close.
• Strong financial reporting knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Budgeting and forecasting support.
• Quarterly tax computations.
• Cash flow monitoring and fund placement activities.
• Statutory audit coordination.
