AG Staffing Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager/Asst Manager for a property development/construction portfolio in Temerloh, Pahang. You will lead accounting for holding and subsidiaries, drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning, and ensure strict compliance with tax and statutory requirements.

The role requires a strong track record in accounting leadership, exposure to corporate governance, and hands-on improvement of internal controls within a dynamic real estate

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience with managerial exposure.
• Experience in property development/construction or real estate industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Lead year-end audit and statutory reporting compliance.
• Formulate annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Deliver high-level financial analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Implement internal control policies and standardized reporting formats.
• Ensure submission of tax returns to IRB and optimize tax efficiency.
• Identify financial and operational risks and lead contingency plans.
• Develop and coach the finance team for high performance.
