Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to develop a project master schedule aligned with proposal and project requirements using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will update schedules, revise work sequences, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for clients.

Responsibilities include extracting data from drawings and BOQ to produce activity sequencing, resource charts and S-curves, and maintaining an automated progress-monitoring database with formulas and conditional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
3-6 years of working experience in a related field with at least 3 years in Planning.
Experience with project management consultancies (PMC) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop a project master schedule in line with proposal/project requirements using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Assist in updating and modifying schedules based on revising work sequence.
Update and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for clients.
Ensure proper documentation & filling in the submission of submittals.
Extract information from Drawings and Bill of Quantities to produce activity productivity, sequencing, Resource Chart and S-Curve.
Prepare database for progress monitoring with automated formulas and conditional formatting.
Monitor and propose mitigation for KPI and lookahead.
Perform any other duties directed by the Superior.
