Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a project scheduler to create, update and monitor project schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6. The role involves ensuring compliance with contract requirements and delivering detailed schedule reports to management.

You will analyze schedule data, support tender submissions, and guide junior planners, contributing to timely project completion and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and updating project schedules in MS Project or P6.
• Ability to generate management reports including critical path and S-curves.
• Knowledge of tender scheduling requirements and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and monitor project schedules in MS Project and P6.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and reporting standards.
• Provide schedule reporting (CP, schedule variance, S-curve) to management.
• Lead risk and opportunity reviews and mitigation planning.
• Support tender submissions with detailed schedules.
