Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Sales professional to identify and secure new business opportunities in the ELV and security solutions space. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work with consultants, contractors, and partners to deliver compelling solutions.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, strong networking with decision-makers, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience in B2B or related ICT/electronics sectors.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to engage decision-makers and build relationships.

Responsibilities

SENIOR PROJECT SALES (B2B Sales/ELV & Security Solutions)

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation and closing

Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and partners

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals

Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention

Negotiate commercial terms and collaborate with technical and marketing teams on solutions

Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience, ideally in B2B sales, New Business Development, or Audio Visual, Professional Sound, CCTV, Card Access, Building facility, Electronics, or ICT industries

Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, with ability to engage decision-makers

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required

Preferred:

Experience in project sales and solution selling

Had existing network within Audio Visual, Professional Audio, CCTV, Card Access, System Integration, Education, Government, or Commercial sectors

Experience working with dealers, distributors, consultants, or system integrators
