Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Production Digitalization to lead complex Industry 4.0 initiatives across global semiconductor manufacturing operations.

You will own scope, budget, schedules and governance while driving MES, equipment integration, IoT and analytics across multi‑site programs in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or high‑tech environments.
• Experience leading international, multi‑site digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of MES, IoT, automation, analytics and digital manufacturing.
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators and technology partners.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Production Digitalization to lead complex digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and Smart Factory initiatives across global semiconductor manufacturing operations.

The role requires a strong combination of project leadership, semiconductor manufacturing knowledge, digital manufacturing expertise, and hands‑on execution, with responsibility for delivering multi‑site international programs and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Production Digitalization, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and Digital Manufacturing projects.
• Own scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, resources, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Drive implementation of MES, Equipment Integration, Manufacturing Automation, IoT, Manufacturing Analytics, and Smart Factory technologies.
• Lead global, multicultural, cross‑functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Business, and external partners.
• Manage system integrators, vendors, technology partners, and implementation teams.
• Resolve project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Align manufacturing operations, business objectives, and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Present project status, risks, milestones, and business outcomes to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex Digital Transformation / Production Digitalization / Smart Factory / Industry 4.0 programs.
• Strong experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing, Semiconductor Packaging, IC Substrate, PCB Manufacturing, or comparable high‑tech manufacturing.
• Experience delivering international, multi‑site projects with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of MES, Equipment Integration, Automation, IoT, Manufacturing Analytics, and Digital Manufacturing.
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor production/manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall/Traditional Project Management methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• One or more recognized certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI‑ACP, IPMA Level B/A, or equivalent.
