Qualifications

The Senior Lead Engineer (Program/Project Management) leads cross-functional teams to plan, direct, and execute complex, multi-stream engineering projects from concept through final delivery.

Client Core Business:

End-to-end electronics manufacturing services (PCBA, mechanical assembly, systems integration).

Design & Engineering – hardware platform solutions, NPI, product development.

Serves hyperscalers, cloud providers, communications, aerospace, industrial, and medical sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership: Drive global, cross-functional core teams through program lifecycles, schedule creation, and site-wide deployments.

Execution & Delivery: Oversee daily program management to meet cost, quality, timeline, feature, and supply chain targets.

Governance & Budgeting: Define program controls, manage budgets, track forecasts, and optimize resource allocation across dependent projects.

Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage risks, implement corrective actions, and execute product lifecycle process changes.

Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for status updates, customer specs, and alignment with business leaders.

Requirements & Profile:

MUST HAVE: Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, electronics manufacturing (PCBA, mechanicals), or NPI management is highly valued. Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and MES systems is also beneficial

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
