We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle for next-generation semiconductor capital equipment. You will lead complex, globally distributed projects, coordinating both internal cross-functional teams and external contractors. A deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing standards-specifically the "Copy Exactly!" methodology is critical to ensuring seamless transitions from development to high-volume manufacturing across international sites.

Key Responsibilities

NPI Execution: Direct the complete NPI lifecycle for complex semiconductor capital equipment, from initial concept and prototyping through to release and volume manufacturing.

Global Team Leadership:
Matrix-manage international, cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, while successfully integrating external contractors and vendors into the project workflow.

Methodology Compliance:
Champion and enforce "Copy Exactly!" (CE!) principles across all design changes, manufacturing processes, and supply chain transitions to ensure absolute process parity and equipment matching.

Risk & Resource Management:
Develop rigorous project schedules, manage budgets, anticipate technical/supply chain bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Alignment:
Act as the primary technical liaison between internal stakeholders, global manufacturing sites, and outsourced engineering partners.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience:
5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience specifically within the semiconductor capital equipment industry.

NPI Track Record:
Proven success leading complex hardware NPI projects through the entire product development lifecycle.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep, applied knowledge of "Copy Exactly!" methodologies and strict change-control processes.

Global Collaboration:
Demonstrated ability to lead and align international teams, blending internal staff with external contractors across multiple time zones.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Certifications:
