• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets with regular stakeholder updates.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and finance to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicating expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to derive lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
