Job summary

DHL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Cyberjaya to own end-to-end delivery of API-driven platforms and web applications. You will design, develop, enhance, and support REST-based APIs with a focus on scalability, performance, and security, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.

You will drive engineering excellence, enforce standards, manage CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to DHL's digital transformation initiatives in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in React and Java SpringBoot.
• Experience in microservices development and container platform.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of API-driven platforms and web applications.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support robust REST-based APIs and modern apps with focus on scalability, maintainability, performance and security.
• Serve as technical counterpart to senior design stakeholders to ensure feasible, architecturally sound solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence by enforcing development standards, code quality, and CI/CD practices across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams, participate in architecture discussions, support integrations, and influence strategic technology decisions for DHL's digital transformation initiatives.
