Job summary

The role requires strong PM discipline, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional development.
