Job summary

Dikshatek Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead complex IT projects and drive Agile practices across multiple Scrum teams. This permanent, full-time, on-site role collaborates with senior management, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, coach teams on Agile methods, run ceremonies, monitor progress, and report status to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong Jira and reporting tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects using Agile methods.
• Lead multiple Scrum teams across platforms.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, scope, and budget.
• Provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
