Job summary

IHH Healthcare Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex hospital projects in Malaysia.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive project management expertise, and hands-on experience with governance, safety, cost control and stakeholder coordination. You will coordinate with the Malaysia Corporate Office and multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Experience with governance, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee new site projects from initiation to completion.
• Establish and monitor programs, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee tender and procurement activities and manage consultants/contractors.
• Ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely decisions and delivery.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover for operational readiness.
• Provide project updates on progress, cost, schedule, risks and issues.
• Guide project managers and teams in best practices.
