JAC Recruitment seeks a lead for the Project Management Office to drive successful delivery of data centre projects in Malaysia. You will oversee end-to-end governance, manage contracts and stakeholders, and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.

Strong PMO leadership and English proficiency are essential. Ideal candidates bring 15 years in data center, M&E, construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments, with proven delivery of data

Qualifications

• 15 years of project management experience in Data Center, M&E, Construction, Infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities environments.
• Proven experience delivering Data Centre projects.
• Strong PMO leadership experience.
• Experience in contract administration, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Data Centre projects.
• Strong Project Management and PMO leadership experience.
• Experience in contract administration, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
