Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking a senior logistics and warehouse project leader to drive planning, execution, and stabilization of cross-functional initiatives. You will coordinate onboarding, start-ups, and expansions, aligning operations, IT, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in warehouse ops and project management within a 3PL, with 5+ years in transitions and process improvements. PM certification is an advantage and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering).
• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations and project management in a 3PL/contract logistics environment.
• 5+ years in warehouse implementations, customer transitions, and process improvement projects.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Monitor milestones, KPIs, and financial performance, providing updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Support solution design, resource planning, and process standardization across warehouse operations.
