Job summary

Deutsche Post in Malaysia seeks a Senior Logistics Project Manager to lead cross-functional warehouse and network projects from planning to stabilization.

You will oversee onboarding, start-ups, and process improvements, coordinating across operations, IT, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations and project management within a 3PL/contract logistics environment.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse implementations, customer transitions, and process improvement projects.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional logistics and warehouse projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Manage customer onboarding, warehouse start-ups, network expansions, and operational change initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, IT, transport, commercial, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
• Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and financial performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
• Support solution design, resource planning, and process standardization across warehouse operations
