Job summary

Sunway Property is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development projects in Johor, from design development and authority approvals through construction, handover, and defect liability. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget and in line with quality, statutory requirements and business objectives.

You will lead planning, development and execution, coordinate with consultants and contractors, manage risk and drive cost optimization while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 12-15 years of experience in property development and project management.
• Experience managing township, mixed development, commercial and/or high-rise residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, design development and value engineering to optimize cost, quality and marketability.
• Oversee pre-construction to handover, coordinating consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow and cost control throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards meet approvals and contractual obligations.
• Drive risk management and mitigation across the project lifecycle.
• Mentor Project Managers, Executives and site teams to foster a high-performance culture.
